A ‘no signal’ error message is obtained when using a SCART cable with my Samsung television and other devices

If the ‘no signal’ error message appears when you use a SCART cable with your Samsung TV and other devices, follow the suggestions below:


1. Make sure the correct SCART source is selected in the source menu.

2. Make sure the SCART cable is plugged in properly to both devices and is not loose.

3. Make sure you are using the TV out on the external device and it is set to RGB or composite video output.

4. The SCART cable may be defective and therefore will need replacing.
