SISA is developing advanced printing software technologies that enable and enhance seamless digital media experiences. Develop Software Architecture technologies that establish and maintain long-term architectural control of the embedded system software, enabling the efficient development of increasingly complex software, resulting in benchmark time-to-market metrics.

Our current and future research areas include: (1) develop an architecture that is flexible and scalable, is "Platform Independent", enables the independent validation of its subsystems, enables establishing a Software Product Line, and enables establishing Competency Centers (distributed development), (2) develop system engineering technologies that defines the requirements between DPD systems and customers, producing streamlined integration and high customer value, and (3) develop solution software technologies that identify technologies required to enable solutions and establish requirements and deployment methods, enabling penetration in new markets.
