• I HAVE THIS PHONE FOR YEAR N APRIL I HAVE CHANGED IT THREE TIMES IT STILL DOESN'T WORK LIKE IT SHOULD. IT FREEZES UP I HAVE TO TAKE THE BATTERY OUT AT LEASE THREE TIMES A WEEK TO GET CALLS, IT JUMPS FROM ONE PAGE TO ANOTHER. I TOOK IT IN THE THE STORE LAST MONTH TO HAVE IT FIX AND IT DOESN'T TAKE PIX FROM THE BACK, I PAYED A LOT OF MONEY FOR THIS PHONE IT IS NOT A GOOD DEVISE THEY MUST BE GIVEN ME OLD PHONES FOR REPLACEMENTS. WHAT CAN I DO. THE SERVICE IT BAD FROM MY CARRIER I CAN'T JUST STOP USING THE SERVICE I CAN'T PAY THE FEE TO CANCEL SERVICE. I HAVE NOT HAD ONE MONTH OF GOOD SERVICE SINCE I HAD THE PHONE IN A YEAR. I HAVE GONE TO MY SERVICE CARRIER HOW CAN I GET A PHONE FROM THE COMPANY THAT I WILL NOT HAVE THE SAME PROBLEMS IS IT JUST THE PHONES ARE NO GOOD? WHAT ELSE CAN I DO I DON'T HAVE MONEY TO BUY ANOTHER KIND OF PHONE OR CANCEL SERVICE. CAN ANYONE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
