Samsung LED HDTV – Now at Home in Your Hotel

For hoteliers, few things are more important than meeting the expectations of even the most discerning guests and making them feel right at home. Satisfying their needs is now as simple as granting them the same HDTV experience they desire at home. Presenting our new line of Samsung Hospitality TVs—designed to deliver a new dimension in performance and design that guests will want to return to again and again.

For the past four years, Samsung has retained its position as the #1 HDTV brand in the United States* through an unwavering commitment to product innovation, technology leadership and award-winning design. Samsung HDTVs are winning over more than just consumers: at the 2010 International Consumer Electronics Show, Samsung HDTVs won four ICES Innovation Awards, including Best of Innovation! Samsung invests more in R&D and design than any of our competitors, and it shows in our product innovation. Our wide range of premium LED backlit and LCD products has now been specially engineered to win over the hotel industry.

The new Samsung LED TV has arrived

How guests perceive hotels is shaped, in part, by what they see in their rooms. What they expect, and hope for, is the best view, bar none. At only 1.2" deep, the Samsung LED TV impresses both the casual vacationer and the business traveler who has seen it all. Samsung employs a unique manufacturing process to yield the Touch of Color™ design, featuring an innovative bezel design with a hint of rich red for a TV that stuns even when turned off. Its crystal-like frame enhances the décor of any room, whether sleek and modern or elegant and charming.

Then it’s turned on, and a crystal-clear, full HD 1080p picture just “pops.” Imagine incredibly vivid images with an exceptionally large range of contrast and color, along with utterly lifelike clarity—all brought to life by the advanced technology perfected over the previous generation of product. It’s a picture that’s as real as it gets, and one that makes every guest feel truly at home.

Green on the inside

As a global citizen, Samsung recognizes its responsibility to reduce the environmental impact of our products. Our Hospitality TVs are designed for low power consumption and meet the latest Energy Star® specifications—in fact, many of our sets far exceed that rigorous standard. Many of our 2010 sets reduce energy consumption by up to 20 percent over the previous generation of sets.

Convenience at a touch

Transform rooms into HD home entertainment theaters: our Hospitality TVs are equipped with Pro:Idiom™ MPEG4 technology, making them compatible with most major VOD/PPV systems. Because it’s always good for guests to have choices, the built-in ConnectShare™ capability allows users to plug and play movies via their USB memory drive.

Since there’s more to a hotel stay than watching movies, the Internet@ TV feature (C6400 model only) lets guests track local weather, view YouTube videos and see Twitter updates without having to crack open their laptops. The split-screen display even allows guests to do it all while watching TV.

The new standard for hotels

Elegantly designed to perform, Samsung’s premium LED backlit and LCD products put any hotel in the best light possible and deliver an unparalleled guest experience. Keep travelers returning with the #1 HDTV brand that has already earned their loyalty at home. That’s the wonder of Samsung.
