Samsung’s Toggle-mode DDR NAND 2.0 Specification will be jointly developed with Toshiba. Both companies will support industry standardization of the 400Mbps interface, critical to support next generation 4G smartphones, tablet PCs and SSDs.
The 2.0 spec will run 10x faster than current SDR NAND.
