Samsung Interactive Remote Control for Hospitality is a management head-end remote control system that is able to manage applications such as channel line-up, channel names, TV Cloning, and firmware upgrades to all hotel TVs, all at the same time from a remote location (Additional equipment required).
RJ-12 with IR pass-through
Connects Interactive STB/SBD (Set Top/Back Box).
180 Degree Swivel
The swivel base has a range of rotation of 90 degrees from left to right, providing a horizontal viewing angle of 180 degrees. Also included is a security lock down base to furniture or granite.
Channel Remapping
Samsung's virtual channel remapping can be performed from the centralized head-end system. Now there is no need to go room-to-room to update settings, saving you time and labor fees.
