The robust ProXpress M4020ND features print speeds of up to 42 ppm. Powered by a Cortex™-A5 core processor and 256 MB of memory, it delivers unsurpassed performance for business applications. High performance coupled with ease-of-use enables businesses to accelerate document and image processing for increased efficiency.

Higher-Quality Print Output

ReCP technology improves the readability of printed documents by enhancing thin lines and sharpening the edges of fine text. The ProXpress M4020ND delivers sharp, solid prints with effective output print resolutions of up to 1,200 x 1,200 dpi.

Robust Paper Handling

The printers’ multipurpose tray supports media of up to 58 lbs. weight, which offers more printing choices for professional documents. Labels, cards, covers and envelopes can be printed using the multi-purpose tray with ease. This ability virtually eliminates the time it takes to feed sheets one at a time.

Enterprise-Level Document Security

Businesses produce and print numerous documents with confidential information, which require a high degree of security. The ProXpress Series offers greater control from user and network access to document management and routing, with Samsung SyncThru™ Admin at the enterprise security level.

One Touch ECO Button

Automatically activate 2-up printing and duplex printing, as well skipping blank pages and printing in Toner Save Mode. The default eco settings can be adjusted using Easy Printer Manager, and administrators can even enforce some or all of these rules in order to save your business money.

Easy ECO Driver

The Easy ECO Driver software, granted the 2012 Outstanding Achievement in Innovation award from Buyers Laboratory (BLI), can save users up to 20 percent on toner. Users have the option of removing images, converting them from bitmap to sketch, removing emboldened text and a bevy of other features.

Central Print Usage Control

Central Print Usage Control, activated through the SyncThru™ Admin Job Accounting feature, enables managers to assign users to specific printers, as well as assign individual users or workgroups quotas. Tight usage controls as well as automatic notifications help businesses control costs.

Mobile Printing*

Mobile workers can print, scan and transfer files wirelessly from a Samsung mobile device. Workers can realize increased productivity because they can print without having to install printer drivers to use robust print features.

Google Cloud Print Ready

Supporting Google Cloud Print, users can print remotely using their Google account. Emails, photos, PDF files and SNS messages can be printed, faxed or shared. Google Cloud Print works on smartphones, tablets, notebooks, PCs, Chromebooks and other web-connected devices.
