I am extremely particular about monitors and televisions. I have owned many displays over the years and have hated most of them or one reason or another, while also appreciating and enjoying them. I've had some good ones, using va, ips, tn, and tons of CRT's which in some key ways flat panels have not caught up to yet, or they now charge you for what used to be free and part of the tech (full sprectrum color and viewing angle for example, which BTW, is a good reason to use a quality 32 inch tv as a your pc monitor, less gimcrackery in TV industry regarding what they can charge a premium price for). Even though its hard to resist IPS and derivatives, I am a fan of VA, which this panel uses, because I think it commits the least serious sins. This display, like every single other display I have owned and used, is not perfect. That said, this is the first display I have ever owned that after a month of use I do not hate.
