Q. Who is the supplier of the content?
A. Each category was created in close cooperation with the renewed publishers, website producers or image providers. Received content was than reformatted to match TV specifications and therefore deliver an unforgettable viewers experience.

Q. Who is the content suitable for?
A. Its appeal is universal as it is reference based. It is multimedia, interactive and visually attractive, easy to access and navigate. Suitable for all ages and genders.

Q. How can I access the contents in TV?
A. Contents Library can be accessed either through a ‘hot key’ on a remote control (one step) or through a “menu” in the TV navigation.

Q. Can I play on my TV flash contents that were not created by Samsung or Samsung’s Partners?
A. It is not recommended as untested contents might interfere with the TV’s software and therefore cause its damage. It is also not allowed to play other flash contents or games through Samsung TV because of the digital rights protection issues.

Q. Can I transfer the embedded contents to other device?
A. Because of the copyrights (which allow for displaying the contents on the Samsung’s TV only), as well as the fact that neither SEC nor the contents providers can be responsible for any potential problems that might occur by playing the contents on other devices, the transferring of the contents was restricted to Samsung 750 series only.

Q. Can I delete or add to the embedded contents list?
A. Contents pre-embedded onto a flash memory can’t be manipulated. For add or delete, it is encouraged that customers do so with the additional contents on their USB which can be easily managed.

A. Not necessarily, as our content is localized based on regional preferences and needs, the content from the same category in different language might be quite different, or sometimes even not available at all.

Q. What sort of new contents can I expect?
A. All of the new contents will fit into one of the five existing categories.

Q. How do customers update the contents?
A. Customers download the contents to their own USB from www.samsung.com (for free contents) or from www.nurisam.com (for Game, paid). Once they plug the USB to their TV, they will be guided how to play the contents thru the USB by on-screen menu.

Q. Where can customers get the update contents?
A. The contents will be available at www.samsung.com. For Game, the site will redirect customers to DSC home pages where a wide selection of new contents is available.

Q. What will be the pricing of the new content?
A. All contents available from www.samsung.com will be free of charge. However additional games available from www.nurisam.com which will be priced according to the specific supplier’s policies.

Q. When can I expect the new contents to be available?
A. For Game, the contents will be continuously updated by DSC, which is working closely with popular casual games makers. For Gallery, Cooking, Fitness and Kids categories new contents will be uploaded every half a year on Samsung.com.
