Rated 2 out of 5 by I really liked the phone, but After having the phone for just a couple months, I started having problems with it freezing. I just shrugged it off because it didn't happen too often and almost every phone has flaws that pop up. 5 months after having it, I started having charging problems. My husband had similar problems and had to get a new charger. My brother also had the same problem, and his phone completely stopped charging and holding a charge. After about 2 weeks of having charging issues, my phone completely stopped charging. I had to have my husband charge his phone and give me his battery and then he'd have to charge his phone again. That lasted a few days. I kept trying the charger and sometimes it would work. The battery life drained super fast even when fully charged from my husband's phone. The metal prong in the charging port of the phone completely popped out. Its off being repaired now, but considering 3 out of the 3 people in my family who have this phone have had issues like this, I'm saying the galaxy 4s is a complete waste of money! September 19, 2014
