Rated 1 out of 5 by Disappointed I got this phone because the price was very good, with renewing my phone carrier contract. I also thought the color was very attractive. After one year of use, the battery fails to keep a charge for longer than 2 hours. I have unclicked most of the setting uses except for power save and wifi. It still loses power after removing it from the Samsung charger. Within 2 hours I am down to 30 % charge and that is checking emails and Facebook. I assume that the battery is shot. I am looking for replacement batteries, but when reading reviews, am hesitant to order any. Probably will have to get new phone after one year of use. January 3, 2016

Rated 2 out of 5 by BE WARE - There have been a lot pro people having an issue with this phone, including me. The phone gives a SIM card not detected, please reboot error message. There is no fix for it other then getting the mother board replaced. You will see some band-aide fixes on the net but none fixed mine. Read the S5 has the same problems. It's your choice but I'd check other options. December 1, 2015
