Rated 1 out of 5 by Problems I have had nothing but problems with this phone: It re-starts, freezes-up, and the touch screen wouldn't work most of them times, these are only a few of the problems i had with it. This phone has been replaced by Bestbuy 5 times and I continued to have the same problems with the other 5. The only good thing about this phone was the camera. I will not ever purchase another Samsung cell phone. Samsung please start making good quality products so we all can enjoy your products. January 14, 2015

Rated 5 out of 5 by best phone for me... I've had a cell phone since the early 90s so I've had many different brands and carriers, ATT is my favorite. This is my first Android in five years. There are a few things I wish they would change on future Samsung phones: 1. When I make a call it adds the caller to my favorite list. This is not necessary and very annoying! Calls should be in the phone log only and then if I want to add to favs I can from there. 2. In contacts each one should have a note section near the phone number and email address of the contact. You can add a note but it winds up way at the bottom. Keeping notes are important for me for addresses and birthdays and etc. 3. The bent back arrow at the bottom of the front of the phone is in a bad place. I'm not sure where it would be better, perhaps on the screen itself? As it is, my fingers must hold onto the phone somewhere and often I hit the back arrow without wanting to. 4. There are very few good phone ringer choices included. 5. I wish all apps could be stored in the first 2-4 home screen pages (in one place on the phone# instead of being listed both in the main pages and in the back... why repetitive listings? The plusses are numerous. Like the camera; screen size is just right; it is fast when navigating from one page to another; and the fonts are easy to read once I found the setting to enlarge them. I am very glad to be free of my iPhone and will probably not go back. I am in the sixth month of this phone, recently the battery started to suck up power from 100% full in the early morning to 40% before noon, without using it! Luckily I went to the ATT support center where a rep tweaked it #turned off many programs not necessary) and ordered a new battery for me. All is well now. Overall I'm about the happiest ever with this phone and would suggest to anyone. January 5, 2015
