Rated 5 out of 5 by my phone is right for me This one is reliable, sturdy and with the right media communication access necessary to keep me on the go anywhere! February 2, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great except for battery I love this phone with the exception of one thing, the battery life. The battery does not last that long, it actually has a shorter battery life then my old samsung galaxy 3 had. February 1, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 My Galaxy S4 is very used friendly and accessible. Unfortunately, this is my second Samsung Galaxy S4. Sure to my own negligence not any type of a manufacturers defect. January 31, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Phone but too many bugs I recently purchased Samsung's latest Galaxy S6 edge + (the international version) and it made me miss certain features of my S4. Most missed feature is the menu button that was to the left of the home key. I honestly prefer that over the recents button that they replaced it with. On the S4 you would just hold down the home key to get to the recent apps so I do not know why they decided to change that. On certain apps it tells me to press menu but I can't because it isn't there. But on to the S4. The S4 is lightweight. It's not too big and can easily fit inside a coat or jeans pocket. It is durable (I know because it fell a couple of times over the years that I've had it and the screen never cracked or broke). The video quality was okay. Great apps. I've owned it for more than two years and it still looks great. The camera takes good pictures. However, the main issues that I was having with the S4 (that led me to get a new phone altogether) was: (1) an issue with charging the battery in less than a year of ownership; (2) memory - even though I had a micro SD card (but this truly became an issue after the phone had to be replaced after the battery would not charge); (3) the rotation on the phone; (4) the fact that the phone kept shutting off on its own (very annoying); and lastly (5) my ability to send and receive messages. The rotation on the phone messed up the positioning of how pictures and videos were taken on the phone. It got stuck in the horizontal position so none of my pictures would come out vertical. Then after some time the phone itself would not rotate when the option for auto rotate was chosen. The other things were equally as annoying but what really made me abandon the phone was the fact that I wasn't getting my text messages at all or on time. I deleted pictures, apps, etc and it did not help. And I was tired of all the factory resets and replacements that I had to do on the phone so I bought a new one. January 28, 2016
