Rated 3 out of 5 by Battery failure, Email failure Purchase at Sprint, and for the first 4 months no problems and after 16 trips to Sprint to share my concerns I am no where near the Samsung 3 performance. A fully charge battery lasts about 4 hours without use. E-mail is hit and miss and no one has taken the time to help with this. I am lost for words with my Samsung 5. My wife and I purchased the same phones and she has not had a problem with hers. I have asked Sprint to fix or replace with no support. I didn't have a Sprint insurance to cover the phone. Would I buy a Samsung again. There great phones with excellent apps, but when they are defective, you are on your own. Sprint did replace the battery but the problem still exists. This was after the store told me I had to go buy a new battery only to find out that it was covered for a year. Defective phone is the customers problem not the maker of the phone. November 25, 2015
