Rated 2 out of 5Â by Qball668 Was happier with my S4 If it wasn't for gravity, I'd still be a happy Samsung customer... with my trusty S4. As fate would have it, the asphalt wanted to taste the screen. Now I'm stuck with this wonky beast. Realistically, it's seems merely a bloated version of the S4... but under the hood, it's riddled with goblins. Random freezups, apps crashing, a camera that can't take a decent picture... and it heats up to a degree that I fear for a Chernobyl-grade core meltdown in my pocket. Maybe the 6 is better.. but right now... I'm wary... my iPhone friends keep tempting me to the dark-side... i loved my S4... but, unfortunately, this "brick" may be the lynch-pin. February 1, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5Â by Tn6437 Galaxy so 5 is junk My s5 is a piece of junk. The Bluetooth will not work c insistently in my car and Verizon will do nothing to remedy the issue. The phone is under warranty still but I cannot get any help in solving the problem. February 1, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5Â by DaneS Great smart phone. I went from a Galaxy S3 to the S5. Nice upgrade...the S5 is faster, better screen, upgraded camera. Battery life is pretty good especially in power save mode. Been very reliable for about 8 months. I would recommend if you don't need to have the newest phone on the market. February 1, 2016

The only issue I probably have with it is that compared to my previous phone, the battery doesn't last as long; but the upside to that is that it doesn't take the phone that long to charge.
