Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent! Love my Samsung phone!! It is so much faster and more reliable than my previous phone. Games and videos are excellent quality. I appreciate customer service help when I've had questions as well. Definitely recommend!! The camera is definitely one of my favorite features as it's high quality and love the ease of use - my kids love it!! March 25, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love this phone I love this phone. The only issue I have had is with the charger door. It has broken off twice, which impacts the "water resistant" feature. I had the phone replaced each time. The features on this phone that are draws for me are: 1. quality of the camera 2. expandable memory 3. removable battery 4. Water resistance 5. amazing screen. I have huge concerns that all of these features are gone in the Samsung S6...I hope by the time I'm ready for my next phone, Samsung comes to their senses...or I might be an iphone user too. Rated 1 out of 5 by Verizon Galaxy S5 was a great phone until Lollipop upgrade The battery life has been extremely poor if the display brightness is above extremely dim. The display brightness cannot be left on auto. The battery life time drops to hours from days whenever brightness is on auto plus the battery temperature goes up as well. Using the camera is impossible. There is three second delay between pressing the shutter and the phone snapping the picture. Apps are very sluggish and keystrokes are very delayed at times. The phone requires a daily restart with Lollipop that was not required with KitKat. This is two weeks after a factory reset and 6 weeks after upgrading. I have owned the phone since July 2015. I will buy a new phone from anyone except Samsung if I cannot get the phone working with Lollipop or downgraded to KitKat. This mostly likely will be my last Samsung device. March 22, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by New OS is pathetic. The phone is awesome, but that was with the Kitkat software. Since Lollipop was installed I have to keep it tethered to a power cord. I want Kitkat back! March 20, 2015
