Rated 3 out of 5 by Hoping the S5 is better I have had this phone for about 1 1/2 years. I love all the features but as a phone for making and taking phone calls not so much. My calls get dropped a lot. I usually have to send text messages twice to get them to send. My husband has the same phone and has the same problem. We even bought a Verizon network extender and we are still having the same problems. We never had problems with previous phones. My kids have different brand phones and don't seem to have the same problem. My husband is going to switch brands when his contract is up but I'm going to cross my fingers for the S5 and hope that is better. We have Samsung tv's and laptops and like the brand but the Note 3 just didn't do well for us. February 22, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Samsung note 3 I had the Iphone 4s and upgrade to the Samsung note 2 .Was so happy that I changed . I then dropped the note 2 and it broke, so I purchased the Samsung Note 3 absolutely LOVE this phone.!!!! February 2, 2015

Samsung Note 3 has half the reception as my Samsung Stratosphere.My old phone had 3 and 4 bars reception and The Note 3 has none in the same location, My husbands I phone still has 3 and 4 bars reception so I know service is here, it is just the phone. I love everything about this phone except the reception. But it is absolutely useless as a phone. Sadly, I will not trust another Samsung so when my contract with Verizon is up I will go to a different phone. January 26, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Phone ! Best Phone for everyday use and for Business. I find my self using the stylist more than I ever thought I would. Keeping track of finances, daily schedules, and multitasking while maintaining a house full of kids. The display provide a large enough screen for watching movies and the crispness of photos is amazing. I would recommend this phone to anyone looking to upgrade or just get a better experience from their phone (everyday organizer :) ) February 24, 2015
