Rated 1 out of 5 by bluescreen I bought the galaxy pro 12.2 on the next plan 2 days after getting the tablet after putting all my photos personal stuff on it I received a blue screen of death causing the tablet to not turn on.... called at&t they told me to go to a corporate store to exchange the tablet after arriving at the store I had to talk to 4 different people before it could be exchanged. Got galaxy pro 12.2 number 2, about 3 days after getting this one same problem blue screen won't turn back on.... lesson learned don't buy this item October 13, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by no battery life Fantastic when first purchase but battery life rapidly deteriorated within two months. Sent in for repairs and issue not fixed. Samsung couldn't even tell me what repairs had been made. Had tablet in my possession for less than three hours and has to be sent back in for same issue. Battery life at a 100% charge should last longer than 12 minutes. November 20, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Samsung Tab Pro 12.2 I have been and still am a PC user. The OS of the PC has it's drawbacks. Was drawn to the Tab 12.2 for the Android OS and the many aps that are available and am satisfied so far. Screen size and resolution is a plus compared to others. Seems to have enough memory and battery life is short but acceptable for the size and capability. November 1, 2014
