SAMSUNG SDS invests and incubates promising venture companies by cooperating with KTB network, promising venture companies

Samsung SDS (CEO Hong-Ki Kim) announced that it has signed a contract on joint venture investment/incubation with KTB, the largest venture capital in Korea.
The contract says that based on two companies' know-how for incubating venture companies, both jointly invest and incubate venture companies through mutual cooperation.

Accordingly, Samsung SDS, that has incubated inner ventures and invested outer ventures in It with its own venture program, 'MegaVenture', applying KTB's know-how, will take the initiative in venture incubating business.

The point of this agreement is that both of two companies jointly incubate prospering venture companies and invest on M&A. So, Samsung SDS can apply its technology to find ventures, which are KTB's investment targets, and KTB can provide SDS' inner ventures and investing companies with value-up program service, which positively maximizes companies' value, including administrative management support.
Also, two companies agreed on concluding close cooperation with international ventures, promoting international M&As, thus preparing a basement to guide local ventures to the to global world through the world-wide venture network.

As the long-term economic depression has affected venture industry, this contract is expected to be able to continuously support local promising ventures, in that it led a firm and systemized support venture companies.
