SAMSUNG’S New Printer and Multifunction Business Solutions Organization Empowers Resellers To Optimize Customized Solutions For Corporate And Business Users

Irvine, CA – Samsung, the world’s second largest manufacturer of laser printer engine hardware technology, is transforming itself from a company that OEM’s printers, into a company that sells complete and customized Samsung printing solutions for businesses. Partnering with new and existing Samsung resellers, the newly formed Printer and Multifunction Business Customers Solutions Organization is backed by Samsung’s ownership of the entire manufacturing, research, design, and development process of its printers. This extremely flexible team of marketers, technicians, and solution business managers can do what Samsung’s competitors cannot – empower resellers with customized differentiated printing solutions for business, with a quick turnaround on application optimization requests.

“Corporations want to source from as few vendors as possible, and each enterprise in each different market requires different solutions,” says Tony Venice, Senior Business Solutions Manager. “Our Solutions Organization works across disciplines to create custom configurations that fit specific corporate objectives and Samsung delivers the printers, including customized applications, software, and hardware, so they are Plug and Play, and ready to meet the user’s needs right out of the box.”

With Business Solution Organizations already going strong in Europe and Korea, The U.S. Business Solutions Team is following suit and gaining remarkable success creating customized solutions for enterprise customers in different vertical markets, including Financial Services/Banking, Healthcare, and Government.

“Samsung isn’t just selling printers; we are providing optimized solutions to improve the business user’s productivity,” says Jay Allan Shears, Director of Office Automation, Samsung’s ITD. “The unique Samsung solution is the product we’re bringing to market. Our ability to differentiate that product quickly from the competition, while optimizing the business users environment, is what will separate Samsung from the others. The Business Customer Solutions team transforms technology into user-friendly solutions that can meet the real world needs of business users.”
