How Do I Insert Or Remove The SIM Card On My TracFone SGH-T301G Phone?

Insert SIM Card

    Important!: The plug-in SIM card and its contacts can be easily damaged by scratches or bending. Use caution when inserting or removing the card and keep all SIM cards out of reach of children.

    To insert the SIM card from the phone follow the steps and diagrams below:

    Important: You must unplug the Travel Adapter (if it is connected) before removing the battery from the phone during charging to avoid damage.

    1. Press and hold the red END key to turn off the phone (if on)
    2. Slide the battery cover (1) toward the bottom end of the phone then lift the cover off (2)

    1. Lift the battery up (1) and away from the phone, bottom end first (2)
    2. To insert the SIM card, gently slide it in the SIM card slot
    3.     

    1. Insert the top end of the battery first, matching the gold contacts on the inside of the battery to those on the phone (1)
    2. Press lightly on the bottom end of the battery down into the phone until it slips into place (2)

    1. Place the battery cover over the battery (1) and slide the battery cover back into place (2)

Remove SIM Card
