Resetting your player deletes all stored data and reverts all settings back to factory default settings. Your Netflix, Pandora and Blockbuster applications will have to be re-installed but your user information will remain. Your network connection will also have to be reconfigured.

Follow the steps below to reset your player.
- Turn on your player and remove any discs, wait until the front display reads ‘No Disc’.
- Hold down the SKIP button on your BD player, not your remote, until the front display reads ‘Reset’ (about 8 sec) and the player turns off.
Note: Allow the player to power off completely, and then wait about 10 seconds before powering your player again.
- Press the power button to turn your player on. The Menu language selection screen appears, using the number buttons on your Blu-ray remote select your language.
- The e-contents menu is displayed. Your player has been successfully reset. ide.
