How do I configure the Power settings on my Samsung Galaxy Camera™?
Your Samsung Galaxy Camera™ provides you with power settings to control the way your camera consumes battery power, and how the camera behaves when you power it on. To access the power settings on your camera, open the Notification Panel by swiping your finger from the top of the screen to the bottom, and touch Settings Shortcut > Power.
Auto Power Off
You can set your Galaxy Camera to automatically power off after long periods of inactivity to conserve battery power. When the selected timeout has been reached, your camera will power off completely. By default, the timeout is set to one hour. You can adjust the setting by touching Auto power off. Select the desired timeout, or select Off to turn the feature
Power Saving Mode
Power saving mode allows you to set your camera to conserve battery power. Touch the slider to turn Power saving on . Touch Power saving mode to adjust these settings:
- CPU power saving: Limit the maximum performance of the CPU to conserve battery power.
- Screen power saving: Use a low power level for your device's screen to conserve battery power.

A shortcut is provided in the Notification Panel to quickly turn off/on Power saving mode.
Power On Settings
Touch Show on start-up to select what your camera should load when you power it on. Select Camera to open the camera feature, or select Home, to load the Android™ Home screen. Mark the Fast power-on option to enable your camera to power up quickly for the next 24 hours.
