Repair or Replacement Assistance: If it is determined that your covered product cannot be repaired, we'll replace it with a Samsung product of equal or similar features and functionality. **

No Deductible: There's no deductible with the Samsung Extended Service Plan.

Coverage is seamless. If your Extended Service Plan includes coverage for accidental damage from handling (ADH) as indicated on your purchase order or sales receipt, your ADH coverage begins on the date of the Covered Product delivery. See your Terms and Conditions for more details. All other Extended Service Plans begin the day after the manufacturer’s warranty expires. For coverage questions during the manufacturer’s warranty period, call 1-800-SAMSUNG (800-726-7864).

No additional coverage is provided during the manufacturer's warranty period, unless you purchase an Extended Service Plan with accidental damage from handling (ADH) as indicated on your purchase order or sales receipt.
