It can take up to two-to-four weeks to receive your contract via the mail. If you do not have your contract number and it has been longer than four weeks, call us at 1-855-224-4984 and we can provide you with your contract number and even send you a copy via email.

Your credit card will be charged monthly on the same date as your purchase date for the installment amount selected. Full details about Partial Payment or Monthly Payment options can be viewed in our Sample Terms and Conditions.

Yes. If you purchase a Samsung Protection Plus Plan while still covered under the product’s original warranty, the protection plan will begin after the expiration date of the manufacturer’s warranty. By purchasing before expiration, you are ensuring the best price available.

If you purchase the Samsung Protection Plus plan at the time of product purchase, your coverage will begin the day after your warranty expires; however, added benefits such as Accidental damage, Food Loss Reimbursement, or Power Surge Protection may be included during the warranty if not already provided by the manufacturer’s warranty. If you purchase the Samsung Protection Plan after you purchased your Samsung product, but while still under your warranty or another Samsung backed extended service plan, the Samsung Protection Plus plan will begin the day after the coverage expires. If you purchase outside of warranty or service plan coverage, you may be subject to a 30-day waiting period before you can file a claim.

To file a claim, call via phone 1-800-SAMSUNG (1-800-726-7864), Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – Midnight (EST), or Saturday – Sunday, 9:00 am – 11:00 pm (EST).
If we replace Your Product, the damaged item will become Our property if We elect to recover the Product. If We do not recover the Product, You must dispose of it in compliance with the law. PLEASE BE SURE TO BACK UP ANY AND ALL DATA ON YOUR PRODUCT BEFORE RELEASING FOR SERVICE. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN DATA. Depending on the age and type of your product, we may offer a 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5-year extended protection plan.

An Authorized Samsung Service Technician in your area will perform the service on your product.

Our network of service providers extends throughout the United States. When you call for service, please notify us of your change of address and service will be provided.

If we cannot repair your product, due to a mechanical or electrical breakdown, we will replace it with a comparable model. A replacement product may be new, rebuilt or reconditioned one of similar features and functionality. We may replace your product with a cash settlement or gift card based on the price of the replacement product. View our Sample Terms and Conditions for more details.

If you sell your product, you can transfer the Samsung Protection Plus plan to the new owner. Just send us written notice of the transfer and we will update our records. If you purchase a new product before your plan expires, you may receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining time left on your contract. View our Sample Terms and Conditions for the transfer policy.

You can cancel at anytime by notifying the administrator in writing. You will receive a refund based on the method specified in your contract. View our Sample Terms and Conditions for more information about our Cancellation policy.
