If the touchpad on your YP-Z5, YP-K5 or YP-K3 has stopped responding, ensure that the hold button is not in the on position and attempt to reset the device.
Using a paper clip or similar object, press the reset hole.
Aside from the Hold switch, there is no other button or setting which would cause the touchpad to stop responding. If resetting the device does not resolve the problem, it is going to require service.
