How Do I Use Voice Dial On My SPH-M560 (Reclaim) Phone?
Nuance VSuite 3.2 is advanced speech recognition software that allows you to say commands to perform common functions supported by the SPH-M560 (Reclaim) handset. There is no voice training required to use the voice recognition feature. Speak names or phone numbers naturally to dial, and use voice commands to launch applications and navigate phone menus.
Note: Nuance VSuite 3.2 recognizes the digits one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, and zero or oh. It does not recognize numbers such as “one eight hundred” for “1-800.” Instead, say “one-eight zero- zero.”
To initiate a Voice Command session follow the steps below:
Note: If a name has only a single number, or if you know the name but are not sure which number to call, say “Call” followed by the name only. For example, say “Call John.” If the name is recognized and there is only one number for the name, Voice Command immediately places the call. If there are multiple numbers stored for the contact, the phone prompts you with “Which Location?” and displays a list of options. Select an option by speaking it into the handset's microphone.
