I Am Having Trouble Connecting With PC Studio 3.0 Using USB Data Cable That Comes With My T809, How Can I Fix This?
Although there are many causes for connectivity issues using the USB data cable, here are some items that can be tried before calling for technical assistance.

Performing a phone reset is a good starting to point for troubleshooting. Please follow the below instructions for a Phone Reset.
Troubleshooting Procedure #2
The SGH-T809 has the ability to switch port mapping, which allows the data port on the handset to change its behavior when interfaced with a PC. The port mapping will need to be set to modem. To do this on the handset, please follow the instructions below. The default port mapping on the SGH-T809 is set to Mass Storage. It is important to note by performing a Phone Reset will default the mapping to Mass Storage.
Troubleshooting Procedure #3
There are drivers for the SGH-T809. Drivers are software which basically makes your hardware work. The USB drivers will need to be installed so the equipment can be used properly by PC Studio. Please follow the instructions below for installing the USB drivers.

Within the PC Studio application, there will need to be a selected communication method, in this case USB. Please follow the instructions below for configuration of the connection method USB for PC Studio.
