How Do I Transfer MP3 Files To My SCH-U810 (Renown) Phone?
Please Note: The media player on the SCH-U810 (Renown) handset does not necessarily support all features of a particular file format nor all the variations of those formats. The media player includes support for Digital Rights Management (DRM) which allows you to play some purchased or subscription content. This copyright protection may prevent some images, music (including ringtones), and other content from being copied, modified, transferred, and/or forwarded to other devices.
Important: The microSD memory card must first be formatted, by the handset, in order for the handset to create the destination folder my_music. Please note that the minimum size limit for the microSD memory card is 32MB. Although the maximum size supported is a 8GB microSDHC memory card, Samsung recommends a memory card no larger than 2GB for optimal performance.
Caution: The plug-in microSD memory card and its contents can be easily damaged by scratches or bending. Use caution when inserting or removing the card and keep all memory cards out of reach of children.
Note: The MP3 files MUST be located in the my_music folder on the memory card
Warning: Do not remove a microSD memory card from the handset or turn off the handset while data is being accessed or transferred. This could result in loss of data and/or damage to the memory card or to the handset.
