How Do I Use Voice Dial On My US Cellular SCH-R610?
To use VoiceSignal® voice dial follow the steps below:
When it recognizes one of these commands, the US Cellular SCH-R610 handset launches the associated application. If VoiceSignal® is not absolutely confident that it has correctly identified a name or number, it can display a choice list of up to three possibilities, and prompt you to confirm the correct one. If the phone does not hear a command within approximately eight seconds, it deactivates voice recognition without taking any action.
Note: If a name has only a single number, or if you know the name but are not sure which number to call, say “Call” followed by the name only. For example, say “Call John.” If the name is recognized and there is only one number for the name, VoiceSignal immediately places the call. If there are multiple numbers stored for the contact, the phone prompts you with “Which Number?” and displays a list of options. You can select an option by saying it or by using your keypad.
Tip: The handset recognizes the digits one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, and zero or oh. The phone does not recognize numbers such as “one eight hundred” for “1-800.” Instead, say “one-eight zero- zero.”
