The Android Pattern Lock is a way to secure a device using a specific touch pattern or sequence. Once a pattern lock is set, it will have to be drawn to unlock the device and after every power cycle until the feature is turned off in Settings. In addition, the lock will be triggered when pressing the button to wake.
Tip: The Use Visible Pattern option when enabled, shows a trace pathway between the dots. If increased security is desired, this option should not be enabled.
