After Taking A Photo With My T809, Why Do I Get An Error Message "Not Available" When Using The Image Editor, And How Can I Fix This?
The default resolution is set to 1280x1024. With the resolution being at the maximum threshold, the handset throws the "Not Available" error when trying to add content such as a frame, clip art, or image after the photo has been captured. There are a couple of work arounds to this situation.
By adjusting the camera resolution to be at a lower threshold, it allows the handset to customize the photo with various pieces of content. To adjust the camera resolution,
NOTE: This is the largest resolution that will allow you to capture a photo and then later, if desired, add content with Image Editor.
Now let's take a picture with the camera. To do so, please see steps below.
It is now possible to add various pieces of content. To now add a frame, clip art, or image to the photo, please follow the below steps.
Note: When insert Clip Art or Images, there will be an additional step to move the content around the photo using the navigation keypad. Once the content has been put in place, press the left soft key for Done.
During the initial photo capture process, the photo may be taken with a various pieces of content such as fame, clip art, or image to have it available for editing. When the content is added, the resolution will dynamically be reduced slightly to accommodate the content. Since it is dynamically done within the camera application, there is no need to manually change the resolution from the default 1280x1024 to a lower value.
