There are three things to consider and/or verify when troubleshooting this issue.
First, check to see that the storage card is properly inserted and being recognized by the phone and the correct memory location is being selected through the MP3 Player. To do so follow the steps below from the standby screen,
Second, if this is working properly, the next option would be to shorten the length of the filename. There is a 32 character limit to the filename and in most instances; simply shortening the filename on the PC and transferring the renamed file to the card will correct the issue.
The third and last consideration is whether or not the MP3 file in question is restricted through DRM (Digital Rights Management). The SGH-P735 does not support the use of files which are restricted as such. If you have a file which is locked via DRM, the file will not be compatible for use.
