How Do I Use Voice Dialing On My SGH-A797 (Flight) Phone When Using A Bluetooth Headset?
Nuance VSuite 3.2 is advanced speech recognition software that allows you to say commands to perform common functions supported by the SGH-A797 (Flight) handset. There is no voice training required to use the voice recognition feature. You simply say the predesignated command displayed on your screen, in a normal tone of voice, to perform the desired function.
To initiate a voice dial session, with a Bluetooth headset, follow the steps below:
When it recognizes one of these commands, the SGH-A797 (Flight) handset launches the associated application. If the handset does not hear a command within approximately eight seconds, it deactivates voice recognition without taking any action.
Note: If a name has only a single number, or if you know the name but are not sure which number to call, say “Call” followed by the name only. For example, say “Call John.” If the name is recognized and there is only one number for the name, voice dial immediately places the call. If there are multiple numbers stored for the contact, the phone prompts you with “Which Number?” and displays a list of options. Select the number by speaking it into the handset's microphone.
