You can sync contacts between your computer and your device. You can sync contacts to Microsoft® Outlook® or to the Address Book on a Mac®.
Only contacts saved locally on your device will be synchronized with your computer. Contacts synchronized to your device from your Google™ Account or other online services will not be synchronized with your computer.

After you have set the sync preferences, you can sync your contacts by clicking in the top-right corner of the Sync tab. When synchronizing with some versions of Outlook, you may be asked to allow access. If you start a sync and the process seems to have stopped running, switch to the Outlook window, and respond to any access requests.Note: Outlook may prompt you to allow Kies 3 to access your contact files.
If you keep your contacts in Outlook and want to transfer them to your device, you can export contacts from Outlook to a comma-separated values file (CSV) and import those contacts into your Google Account for synchronization to your device. To export contacts in Outlook 2010:
If you keep contacts in your Mac Address Book and want to transfer them to your device, you can export your contacts from Address Book to a vCard file (VCF) and import those contacts into your Google Account for synchronization to your device.
