In order to provide you with the best and fastest way to process your rebate submission,
please observe the following requirements:

Please make sure that you make a photocopy of your rebate submission package prior to sending it in to our rebate fulfillment house. If possible, mail your rebate claim using certified mail. SAMSUNG will not be responsible for lost submissions and requires you to provide us with proof of delivery (copy of your submission).
Please make sure that you cut out the UPC barcode from the box prior to discarding the monitor box. SAMSUNG will not honor any rebate request without the UPC barcode. There will be no exception to this rule.
Please do not use a PO box as your return address when submitting your rebate. SAMSUNG will not send your rebate check to a PO box address.
Please make sure to include your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, product model and date of submission when contacting SAMSUNG with your rebate inquiry.
