Page 1. Resetting The Ice Master Ice Maker In The Refrigerator Compartment

Important: Read all steps below prior to performing the reset function.

Warning: Do not perform a test/reset on the ice maker more than once a day.

To reset or test the ice maker, perform the following steps:

1. Press in on the button at the top on the side of ice maker compartment housing.
2. While holding in the button, lift and pull the bucket outward from the bottom.

Locate the ice maker, then locate the test switch/reset button which is on the right side of the ice maker toward the front. Press and hold the reset button for 8 full seconds or until you hear a chime sound.

Note: Once the reset button is pressed, it will take 5 - 8 minutes to complete the test cycle. Normal ice making will resume once the reset is performed.
