STEP 1. Model And Serial Number Location
Your Samsung TV will have your model and serial number located in one or two places on it.
- One place the serial number will always be located is on the back of the TV on a large sticker with information on it such as the model number, serial number, AC power consumption, date of manufacture, warnings, and UPC.
- Some sets will have a second smaller sticker located on the right side of the TV and will list the model number, serial number, and version number.
