Rated 3 out of 5Â by Jay0801 Nice picture and features Nice picture and features. Some sound problems. The sound gets low and you have to turn off the TV power to reset it. The cable box was turning off when the TV was turned off but I found out there is a setting in remote control to fix that problem. Netflix locks up sometimes and the sound is low with streaming input. Hope this helps. September 27, 2015

I bought a LCD 22" flat screen when they just came out and cost almost 5 times what they are now. It only last 3 years and my picture went haywire. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because LCD TV's were new to the market. I replaced it with a 22" store brand because they were cheap. After having it for a few years I moved it to the bedroom and bought a Samsung LED F5500 series smart TV. This time the picture went out after only 16 months. I went online to see that others have had this same problem and replacing one of the 2 boards should correct the problem. If I knew which one I might consider doing it but if it doesn't fix it I'm out even more money. And you can't return electrical parts. Of course the warranty is only for a year so I'm stuck with it. I have learned over the past not to spend very much on repairs because once TV's start having problems they continue, just like computers. So I took the lost and this time bought another store brand TV but a 40". The sound is actually better then the one I had and it cost a lot less. No longer a fan. May 28, 2015
