Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome Picture quality! The picture quality is amazing on this TV. The only complaint that I have is the smart apps some work and some don't. It is also very slow accessing apps and moving around in the menus. February 22, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by dumb tv I have had this TV for 3 months and the smart hub still does not work! After I reset the TV smart hub will work for a few days, then Netflix and hulu kick out when trying to load anything. The same for all smart hub apps. If you want a TV that you can customize to your video and sound settings and have to reset to factory settings whenever you or your kids want to watch netflix, then this is the TV for you. I have all samsung phones and tablets in my house now and thought they made a good tv. Don't make the same mistake I did. STAY AWAY! March 2, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Experience At first didn't know how it would do in our living room,but has turned out great. Picture gets better with each "tweaking" my husband does. Now between us and the grandkids watching movies,especially 3D,is a hit and the Xbox games seems to be more exciting. March 1, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by A little clunky not so smart After downloading Smart view for my phone and computer. I added pictures and music. But most of the time Pictures and music do not come up in the TV. The computer is on and files are added. The browser is very slow and no videos on any any websites will play except for YouTube The YouTube app does not link to my YouTube account. So I use my Apple TV to run the YouTube app The Facebook app leaves a lot out and does not allow likes or comments in most posts and it shows very little content I would not buy a TV with the web browsing function is it doesn't really do anything you want to do February 28, 2015
