Rated 5 out of 5 by Jaw Dropping Picture If you ever want to experience most realistic colors and 3D like image, your search is over! After comparing with various top Brands it was very apparent that their advertised picture colors and quality didn't come close to Samsung. The individual hair of the person (in true HD picture) is very clear with naked eye. The 3d like image is so nice that you won't need to put on those active or passive glasses. That said this tv does do extra ordinary 3D with active glasses and takes you to next level of virtual reality! What are you waiting for? If your in market, honestly go check it out! I went in with biased mind to go with competitor's HDTV and end up buying this one! You won't go wrong - Period !! November 29, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Overall Satisfaction Must say I am impressed with the vivid colors and almost 3d effect in normal broadcast mode. Remote has a little learning curve, that's to be expected. The one feature that stood out amongst the rest was the remote tech support I received. Once in contact with support they guided me through every issue I had, updated software and insured that I was connected to on line services through the internet. For once, it was a pleasure working with a group willing to support my purchase. November 13, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Unsurpassed visual quality. The picture quality is everything I could have imagined. Especially the 3D! Coupled with an Oppo 103d (Darbee edition) blu ray player, and you really see what this TV is capable of. The first 3D movie I watched was The Croods, and you would swear they were standing right in front of you. Then I watched The Hobbit (Unexpected Journey and Desolation of Smaug), and there was no let down with real life. I don't have it connected to the internet, so I can't comment on it's many features, and honestly, I don't want to make it susceptible to viruses, which I'm sure will come as more TV's become internet compatible. If you want to get the most out of blu ray and 3D, as I do, plus normal satellite dish viewing, the f8000 series is unbeatable. The only negative is that the TV will blink off for a couple seconds now and then, as if it is adjusting the brightness, although I have the auto-brightness set to off. I'm not sure if it is normal or just a glitch in my set or not, as I have seen on blogs that some have that problem. It only does it once soon after turning on the satellite, but has never done it while watching a blu ray. August 1, 2014
