Rated 5 out of 5Â by sirblue2nd ALL MY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS WERE/ARE JUST GREAT EXCEPT THIS ONE THE INPUT SOURCES ALL WENT OUT AT 10 MONTHS, BUT AFTER ATTEMPING TO SET UP A MEANS OF REPAIRING THE TV THERE WAS NO AUTHORIZED REPAIRMAN IN MY AREA, SAMSUNG AUTHORIZED THE STORE WHERE I PURCHASED THE TV TO EXCHANGE THE TV. I FOUND THAT THE UHD TV, SAME SIZE(55") WAS PRICED THE SAME AS THE TV THAT WAS BEING REPLACED, SO I UPGRADED TO THE UHD WITH NO PROBLEM. August 2, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5Â by Mamselle Mistake bad choice It takes so many steps to accomplish anything If you put in a channel number it adds that channel and you have to re-program often to get rid of scrambled channels and then they are added back then you reprogram again The apps are just samsung features you cant remove from smart hub You cant add channels to smart hub Sound cuts out and you have to flip channels or turn tv off to get sound back You cant adjust pointer on mouse as you have to hold it sideways to point at screen You cant surf thru channels because of the non-functioning scrambled channels that you xant get rid of The menu gets dark when accessed and is difficult to see The smart hub is too large takes a fourth od screen Some channels are too bright and cannnot be adjusted as one source...as it changes every channel even when this channel is selected July 25, 2015

We have had this just about 18 months and we are still figuring how to utilize all the many many features , which means every now and then we start using another feature quite inadvertently because there are so many there.
