Rated 1 out of 5 by Worst user interface ever TV just stops responding to remote. Keeps hanging. It came with two remotes. It is not responsive to both the remotes. I'm not sure if I got the bad one in the lot or it's a common problem for all. August 16, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Worst apps EVER Not so smart "smart TV" . I would not recommend this TV because the apps it has fail all the time and I am angry that my smart TV runs like cowflop. Slow reaction time with software and apps that fail me left and right and the worst part is that I can't just load the ones I want. eg. chrome instead of the pore excuse for a web browser that will not load what I want and crashes all the time. As a computers systems engineer I would say Go buy a samsung that is not smart and hook up a computer to it. August 12, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Instaling I love Samsung products. BUT, I opened the box, took out the TV and stand. And there were no directions on how to mount the TV to the stand. I figured it out, but some people probably couldn't . August 5, 2015
