Enhancing on their offerings of innovative service experiences, Samsung South Africa has launched their fleet of in home or office mobile repair vans.

Covering a specific radius around the 4 main Samsung Customer Service Plaza’s at The Grove Mall in PTA, The Wedge Shopping Centre in Rivonia JHB, Century City CTN and Queen Nandi DBN, this service is being offered to owners of the Galaxy S8, Note 8, S7 edge and S7 flat devices purchased in South Africa.

At a nominal cost of R150.00 call out fee, this convenient service includes labour and parts as stipulated under terms and conditions on the devices warranty card.

The process is simple:

1. Contact the Samsung 24/7* Call centre on 0860 726 7864

2. Your device concerns will be established, details verified and call logged

3. One of our trusted service partners will then be allocated to your repair.

Other offerings available during the call outs are device set up, wireless connections and registration of new Samsung products.
