What can we do if Air-Flow Blade is not working properly in Air-Conditioner?

There are some basic steps you can follow to resolve your problem of Samsung Air Conditioner as mentioned below : 

● Check the Swing button on the remote controller - It should toggle the blade between 43° upward and downward movements.

● If the blade doesn't respond after activating the Swing button, suspect a faulty Stepper Motor (a part responsible for controlling the blade's movement).
