Galaxy J3: Why the camera stops recording automatically?
Recently, Samsung is aware of this symptom which may appear on some low end devices like J3 2017 due to Hardware limitation.
If the video codec has been used by another applications, video recording may not work properly. At that time, we recommend to
close all running applications by tapping Recents key then try again to record the videos.
If video recording is continuously impossible even though closed all applications, please visit the authorized service center to check your device.
