[Galaxy Note 5] Will I be able to charge wirelessly if the device uses a 3rd party cover?

The device must be very close with wireless charging pad during wireless charging.

 

So too thick protected back cover can prevent charging properly when using wireless

charging pad.

 

In this case, please remove the back cover and try to charge again.

 

* Note: It’s strongly recommended to use Samsung official accessories.
