An error popup is displayed when taking picture with Burst shot or Shot & More mode

Last Update Date : Apr 20. 2018

Q: When trying to take a picture using the "Burst shot" mode or "Shot & More" mode, an error popup is sometimes displayed and can't take a picture. What's the problem?

A: Please check the Camera folder name within the device storage area.

Rename the first character of the folder name to 'Camera' from lower case letter 'c' to capital letter 'C'. This will resolve the issue and you can take a picture with Burst Shot or Shot & More mode.
