Galaxy S5: alarm clock doesn't ring
Q: Even though I activated the alarm clock on Galaxy S5, the alarm doesn't ring. What's the problem?
A: If the Emergency mode or Ultra power saving mode had ever been used, the alarm you have set up on your Galaxy S5 may not ring normally.
To ensure the Alarm clock function operates normally, please power off and then power back on again to "restart" your Galaxy S5. The alarm you have set up will ring again.
Note: Samsung is aware of this anomaly and is currently working on an update to the Galaxy S5 to resolve this issue.
