Q: I cannot download application from Play Store. What's the problem?


A: Please check whether Block background data feature of Power saving mode on your device is enabled or not. Keep in mind if you enable the Power saving mode, the Block background data feature will be basically auto-enabled. Enabling this option may affect the performance of some applications which need the data network to work in the background.


Note: The Block background data feature saves battery power by blocking background data.


Block background data  


Perform the following steps to disable the Block background data option:


1. In the settings area, Tap on "Power saving".

2. Tap on "Power saving mode"

3. Drag to right to enable "Power saving mode".

4. Check the Block background data feature and Un-tick the option.
