When I try to upgrade my device, Kies is not seeing my device. What’s the problem?
A : Kies does not support all Samsung devices. If you are having problems connecting to Kies with your device, check your device's support page to see if Kies supports it. If you have used Kies with your device before, or you have confirmed your device is supported by Kies, below are some steps you can take to establish a connection with Kies on your computer.
