 The Auto Volume feature keeps the volume of your TV constant by automatically lowering the sound output when the sound modulation signal is high or by automatically raising the sound output when the sound modulation signal is low.

There are two ways to access and use the Auto Volume feature, depending on your model DLP TV. The first is for newer DLP models, the second for many older models. Select the procedure below that is appropriate for your TV.

Procedure 1

To use the Auto Volume feature, follow these steps:

Turn on your TV.

Press the Menu button on your remote. The Main menu appears.

Press the Up or Down arrow on your remote to select Sound, and then press the Enter button.

Press the Up or Down arrow on your remote to select Auto Volume, and then press the Enter button.

Press the Up or Down arrow on your remote to select Off or On, and then press the Enter button.

Press the Exit button to exit.

Procedure 2

Turn on your TV.

Press the Menu button. The Main menu appears.

On your remote, move the joystick down to select Sound, and then press the joystick to enter.

On your remote, move the joystick down to select Auto Volume.

Move the joystick right or left to select On or Off.

Press the Menu button to exit.
