How to download files via computer?

Last Update Date : Apr 20. 2018

[Solution]

Using the drag-and-drop

This method is only for UMS(MSC) type – Removal disc

MSC (UMS): Stands for USB Mass Storage. Some of our Janus enabled  devices have the option to put the device in UMS mode so you can use it as  a mass storage device. You must safely disconnect UMS devices. Models  such as the YP-P3 and YP-Z5 have both UMS and MTP modes (under  settings/ PC connection). The YP-S2 and YP-U1 support UMS mode only.

Step 1. Open files/folders to transfer from your PC.

Step 2. Open 'My Computer' → 'MP3 device' from the desktop.

Step 3. Select the files/folders to transfer from your PC and drag-and-drop them to a folder of your choice in the device. The selected folders or files are transferred to the device.
